Ingredients (serves 4):

• 1 apple
• 1 banana
• 4 strawberries
• ½ cup blueberries
• ½ cup grapes
• 2 tbsp. chia seeds (optional)
Instructions:
Wash all the fruit and chop it into small, bite-sized pieces. Toss it into a bowl, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle in chia seeds if using. Mix everything together with a wooden spoon. For best flavor, chill in the fridge for about 20 minutes before serving.
